CTWARE's management team is led by individuals with an extensive knowledge and experience within the contact center industry, software development and customer management.
Mr. Moshe Shushan - Chairman. Mr. Moshe Shushan, the Chairman of the Board of CTWARE, as well as the Fore-Group, has over 20 years of experience in direct involvement in the management of the Fore-Group portfolio. During this time he has successfully led two companies from establishment through IPOs on AIM. In addition, he led two successful exits, each valued at over $100 million (LeadCom and BakCell).
Mr. Ran Benjamini - Managing Director. Mr. Benjamini has been a senior vice president of Fore- Group since November 2003. During this time he was involved with floating Leadcom on AIM in the London Stock Exchange and raising capital in private placements for other companies in the Group. Prior to this he spent much of his career in the Israeli capital markets, including serving as a corporate finance analyst with the first International Bank of Israel, and as vice president of business development of DS securities & investment.
Mr. Yehuda Reuven - Vice President R&D. Mr.Reuven is in charge of the over all product development and has over 12 years of software architecture and product development in the areas of Telephony, Telecom, Billing, Internet, and Financial Services. Mr. Reuven joined CTWARE in 2005 after 10 years with world-leading billing and customer care company, Amdocs, where he served in various managerial positions as product development manager and solution architect for large scale telecommunication customers; Mr. Reuven holds a BA in Economics & Computer science (Bar Ilan University) and is about to graduate the Israel Institute of Technology (Technion) MBA program focusing on the management of technology-Based Firms.

Ms. Michal Shik- Vice President- customers, Ms. Shik is in-charge of the over all customer relations, covering marketing, business development, sales, PSO and support. Ms. Shik has over 10 years of business development, sales and customer support experience; she joined CTWARE in 2003 and prior to her current position was in charge of contact center product penetration to the Israeli market. Prior to this she served as a VP sales and business development in a startup company within the web collaboration arena, and as PSO manger for another startup company in that arena. Ms Shik has extensive experience in building and operating customer support and sales bodies, she holds a B.arch degree from Bezalel Academy for Art & design.

Mr. Meir Pletinsky- Chief Technology Officer Mr. Pletinsky has over 18 years of R&D experience in software architecture and product development. Mr. Pletinsky joined CTWARE in 2005. Prior to this, he served as CTO in ITLooks after a long career (14 years) with world-leading billing and customer care company, Amdocs, where he served in various managerial positions in corporate's R&D. Mr. Platinsy held a position of senior expert, was, involved in core products development and in charge of its new Telco's billing product, creating a revenue valued in millions $. Mr. Pletinsky is a well known expert in Microsoft technologies, he holds a Bsc. in Math & computer science from Moscow technical institute.

Mr. Yossi Srebnogur – Software Architect has over 12 years in software architecture experience and product development. Mr. Srebnogur joined CTWARE in 2005. Prior to this he served as software architect in ITLooks after a long career (10 years) with world-leading billing and customer care company, Amdocs, where he served in R&D positions as senior project manager in the development of its new billing product for the Telco's, Mr. Srebnogur holds Bsc. and Msc. in Math & computer science, both from Bar-Ilan University.
