Geared to small-midsize business growth, CTWARE's new contact center solution will provide cost effective carrier grade solution through a network of carriers and other hosting providers.
Tel-Aviv, Israel – December 9, 2007 – CTWARE, a leading provider of contact center and value added services technology, announced today that its new contact center product is now ready for Beta test for a selective group of customers.
CTWARE intend to market its new product to hosting providers such as telephony carriers, ISPs and BPOs that will market the solution as a service to their clients.

As of today, most of contact center solutions were designed and develop as traditional solutions that were stretched to support other deployment models. None of the existing solutions was developed to naturally support the SaaS model and therefore many of them are being migrated to support the SaaS model.

CTWARE's new SaaS contact center solution will provide a rich functionality which is offered today by traditional solutions. The new product is organized around a unique Do-It-Yourself concept, that will dramatically reduce the overall service cost and need for professional services. CTWARE will test the products in several Beta-sites and expect to launch it next summer.
